ខេត្តកោះកុង៖ លោកស្រី ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ម៉ាលី សុជាតា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានឱ្យដឹងថា នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ លើកិច្ចការងារដោះមីនមនុស្សធម៌នៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ បានជួបប្រជុំលើកទី២ តាមប្រព័ន្ធ VTC ដើម្បីបន្តពិភាក្សាក្នុងការរៀបចំបង្កើតនិយាមនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិ (SOP) របស់ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) បន្ទាប់ពីភាគីទាំងពីរបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរកែសម្រួលលើឯកសារនេះចំនួន ២ លើករួចមកហើយ។
ការរៀបចំឱ្យមាននិយាមនីតិវិធី ប្រតិបត្តិ (SOP) នេះគឺ ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវបែបបទការងារមួយដែលមានស្តង់ដារ ព្រមទាំងធានាបាននូវអធិបតេយ្យ និងបូរណភាពទឹកដី ដោយឈរលើគោលការណ៍គោរពគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ជាពិសេសកិច្ចការងារនេះនឹងចូលរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច-សង្គម និងការពារអាយុជីវិតរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅតំបន់ដែលទទួលរងផលប៉ះពាល់ដោយសារគ្រាប់មីនដែលបន្សល់ទុកពីសង្គ្រាម។
គួររំលឹកផងដែរថា ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងស្របតាមលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី១ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ (GBC) កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅខេត្តកោះកុង ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា៕ដោយ៖តារា

On the morning of 9th October 2025, the Cambodia-Thailand Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) on Humanitarian Demining between the two countries has held its second meeting via VTC to continue discussions on the preparation of the Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) after the document had been exchanged and revised twice by both sides. The preparation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is to ensure a standardized operating procedure and ensure sovereignty and territorial integrity based on the principle of mutual respect. In particular, this work will contribute to socio-economic development and protect the lives of people in the areas affected by landmines remnants from war.
It should be reminded that the Cambodia-Thailand Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) has been established in accordance with the outcome of the First Special Meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC) on 10th September 2025 in Koh Kong Province, the Kingdom of Cambodia.
