ភ្នំពេញ : នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកកាន់ ផារិទ្ធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារលើកទី១០ នៃសន្និសីទស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងចំណោមប្រទេសអាស៊ីបូព៌ាសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប៉ាឡេស្ទីន (CEAPAD) តាមប្រព័ន្ធវីដេអូ ដែលមានជប៉ុន និងប៉ាឡេស្ទីនជាសហប្រធាន។
កិច្ចប្រជុំបានផ្តោតសំខាន់លើវឌ្ឍនភាពដែលប្រទេសជាសមាជិកសម្រេចបានក្នុងការអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាព CEAPAD IV ទីក្រុងគូឡាឡាំពួ(CEAPAD IV Kuala Lumpur Action Plan) បន្ទាប់ពីត្រូវបានអនុម័តនៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំថ្នាក់រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីលើកទី៤ កាលពីខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងបានពិភាក្សាក្នុងការស្វែងរកវិធីពង្រឹងការរួមចំណែកបន្ថែមទៀតដល់ដំណើរការកសាងឡើងវិញនៅតំបន់ហ្គាហ្សា និងអនាគតរបស់ CEAPAD។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោក កាន់ ផារិទ្ធ បានកោតសរសើរចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងជាបន្តបន្ទាប់របស់រដ្ឋជាសមាជិក CEAPAD និងដៃគូនានាក្នុងការគាំទ្រដល់ប្រជាជនប៉ាឡេស្ទីន រួមមានជំនួយមនុស្សធម៌ និងកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងកសាងឡើងវិញនៅតំបន់ហ្គាហ្សា។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោកក៏បានធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពជូនអង្គប្រជុំពីការរួមចំណែករបស់កម្ពុជាចាប់តាំងពីក្លាយជាសមាជិកCEAPAD កាលពីខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដែលរួមមានការរួមចំណែកផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសម្រាប់ជំនួយបន្ទាន់ និងការអនុវត្តគម្រោងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការត្រីភាគី។
On the afternoon of 10 March 2026, His Excellency KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended virtually the 10th Working Level Meeting of the Conference on Cooperation among East Asian Countries for Palestinian Development (CEAPAD), which was Co-chaired by Japan and Palestine.
The meeting mainly reviewed the progress made in implementing the outcomes of Fourth Ministerial Meeting of CEAPAD, held in July 2025, and discussed ways to further strengthen the contributions to the Gaza reconstruction process as well as the future of CEAPAD.
During the meeting, His Excellency KAN Pharidh expressed his high appreciation for the continued effort made by CEAPAD member states and stakeholders in supporting the Palestinian people, including the humanitarian assistance and the reconstruction efforts in Gaza. He also took the opportunity to update the meeting on Cambodia’s contribution since joining CEAPAD in July 2024, including its financial contribution for emergency relief assistance and the implementation of a trilateral project. ៕
