ចាប់តាំងពីការចូលជាធរមាននៃបទឈប់បាញ់កាលពីរំលងអធ្រាត្រថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥មក យើងសង្កេតឃើញថាមានការវិវត្តជាវិជ្ជមានជាបន្ទាប់ជាមួយនឹងការពិភាក្សាទ្វេភាគីនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ដូចជាកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលបានឯកភាពគ្នាអនុវត្តឱ្យបានពេញលេញនូវបទឈប់បាញ់ ដែលសម្រេចបានកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងភូត្រាច៉ៃយ៉ា ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី និង កិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដូច្នេះ វាមានភាពចាំបាច់ដែលភាគីទាំងពីរត្រូវតែកសាងលើការវិវត្តជាវិជ្ជមានទាំងនេះ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាព ជាពិសេសការនាំមកវិញនូវប្រក្រតីភាពនៃទំនាក់ទំនងរបស់ប្រទេសទាំងពីរលើគ្រប់វិស័យ សម្រាប់ជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ប្រជាជនទាំងពីរ។

After the ceasefire agreement came into force at midnight on July 28, 2025, we have observed that there have been gradually positive developments through bilateral discussions between the two countries. Such notable developments include the Extraordinary GBC Meeting held on August 7, 2025, which both parties agreed to fully implement the ceasefire agreement reached in the special meeting in Putrajaya, Malaysia, and the Extraordinary RBC Meeting on August 16, 2025. Therefore, it is essential for both parties to continue fostering this positivity for peace and stability, especially to restore normalcy in both countries and relationships across all sectors, as well as for the benefit of both peoples.
