ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមជម្រាបជូនសាធារណជន អ្នកសារព័ត៌មានជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិមេត្តាជ្រាបថា៖ តបតាមការអញ្ជើញរបស់ប្រធានក្រុមលេខាធិការ យោធភូមិភាគទី៤ កម្ពុជា នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ ក្រុមលេខានៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) រវាងយោធភូមិភាគទី៤ ភាគីកម្ពុជា និងកងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២ ភាគីថៃ បានជួបប្រជុំគ្នា នៅសាលប្រជុំក្រុមទំនាក់ទំនងកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ច្រកអន្តរជាតិអូរស្មាច់ ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ។
ក្រុមលេខាធិការរបស់កម្ពុជាដឹកនាំដោយ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី និត ណារ៉ុង នាយសេនាធិការរង យោធភូមិភាគទី៤ និងក្រុមលេខាធិការរបស់ថៃ ដឹកនាំដោយ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី កាំផាក់ណាក វ៉ាផាន់ស៊ុ នាយសេនាធិការ កងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២។ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានប្រជុំពិភាក្សាគ្នាទៅលើការងារសំខាន់ៗចំនួនបី៖
១. ការណែនាំសមាសភាពក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួល (Cordination Group) នៃភាគីទាំងពីរ
២. ការបន្តប្តេជ្ញាជំរុញការកាត់បន្ថយភាពតានតឹង
៣. ពិភាក្សាការងារត្រៀមរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) ដែលគ្រោងនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ខាងមុខនេះ
សូមគូសបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ជាការអនុវត្តស្របតាមស្មារតីនៃការប្រគល់ភារកិច្ចរបស់ គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ GBC នៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ក៏ដូចជាការដែលបានកំណត់ក្នុង កិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញលើកទី១ គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ រវាងយោធភូមិភាគទី៤ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងកងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ ដើម្បីជំរុញការបន្តអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់រវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃឱ្យបានពេញលេញ និងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព ក៏ដូចជាការប្តេជ្ញាបន្តកាត់បន្ថយភាពតានតឹងតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែន ព្រមទាំងស្វែងរកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាក់ស្តែងសំដៅលើកកម្ពស់សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ក៏ដូចជាការវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរកប្រក្រតីភាពឡើងវិញបានឆាប់រហ័ស។

The Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia wishes to inform the public, both domestic and international media outlets, of the following:
This morning, October 10, 2025, in response to the invitation of the head of Cambodia’s RBC Secretariat—the Commander of the 4th Military Region, the meeting of the Secretariats of the Cambodia-Thailand Regional Border Committee (RBC) was convened at the Cambodian-Thai Liaison group hall, located at the O’Smach International Border Gate in Oddar Meanchey Province. This meeting was between the Secretariats of the Cambodian 4th Military Region and the Thai 2nd Army Area.
The Cambodian Secretariat was led by Brigadier General Nith Narong, Deputy Chief of Staff of the 4th Military Region. And, the Thai Secretariat was led by Major General Kamphanat Waphansuk, Chief of Staff of the 2nd Army Area.
The two sides met to discuss the following three main tasks:
1- Introduction of the composition of the Coordination Group (CG) of the two sides.
2- Continuing commitment to de-escalate tensions.
3- Discussing the preparatory work for the upcoming Regional Border Committee (RBC) meeting scheduled for October 15–17, 2025.
It is also important to emphasize that this meeting aligns with the mandate of the General Border Committee (GBC) of the two countries, as well as in the spirit of the agreements achieved at the first extraordinary meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand Regional Border Committee (RBC) held on August 27, 2025, between the 4th Military Region of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the 2nd Army Area of the Kingdom of Thailand.
The meeting’s core objectives are to promote the continued full and effective implementation of the ceasefire, reinforce the commitment to de-escalate tensions along the border, and seek practical cooperation to enhance peace, stability, and a speedy return to normalcy between the two countries. ៕
