ភ្នំពេញ៖ លោក ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធជើងហោះហើររវាងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងរាជធានីតូក្យូរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនអាកាសចរណ៍ជាតិកម្ពុជា (Air Cambodia) ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់លោកបណ្ឌិត ម៉ៅ ហាវណ្ណាល់ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីទទួលបន្ទុករដ្ឋលេខាធិការដ្ឋានអាកាសចរណ៍ស៊ីវិល, លោក UENO Atsushi ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតវិសាមញ្ញ និងពេញសមត្ថភាពនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា, លោក Zhan David នាយកប្រតិបត្តិក្រុមហ៊ុនអាកាសចរណ៍ជាតិកម្ពុជា, លោកឧកញ៉ា ឆារស៍ វ៉ាន់ នាយកគ្រប់គ្រងនៃក្រុមហ៊ុន ខេមបូឌា អ៊ែរផត អ៊ិនវេសមិន ឯ.ក (CAIC) លោក-លោកស្រីជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំពីស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ និងឯកជន ភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសជាច្រើនរូប នាអាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិតេជា។
ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ដល់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ និងអាកាសចរណ៍ស៊ីវិល តាមរយៈការទទួលស្វាគមន៍ជើងហោះហើរដំបូង រវាងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងរាជធានីតូក្យូរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនហោះហេីរ Air Cambodia លោករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា «ថ្ងៃនេះជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រដ៏សំខាន់មួយក្នុងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងកម្ពុជា និងជប៉ុន។ ការចាប់ផ្តើមបើកបរសេវាការហោះហើរដោយផ្ទាល់នេះ នឹងធ្វើឱ្យការធ្វើដំណើររបស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរ និងអ្នកវិនិយោគពីប្រទេសទាំងពីរងាយស្រួល និងឆាប់រហ័សជាងមុន។ វាបង្ហាញពីមិត្តភាពដ៏រឹងមាំរបស់ប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។
លោករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏មានប្រសាសន៍បន្ថែមទៀតថា “តាមរយៈបណ្តាញហោះហើរថ្មីនេះ យើងរំពឹងថា នឹងមានភ្ញៀវជប៉ុនមកទស្សនាកម្ពុជាច្រើនឡើង ដើម្បីស្គាល់វប្បធម៌ សម្បត្តិធម្មជាតិ និងការស្វាគមន៍ដ៏កក់ក្តៅរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ វាក៏ជាឱកាសសម្រាប់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាទៅទស្សនាប្រទេសជប៉ុនផងដែរ។”
លោករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមថា “ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ នឹងបន្តសហការជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយរដ្ឋលេខាធិការដ្ឋានអាកាសចរសុីវិល ដៃគូជប៉ុន និងក្រុមហ៊ុនអាកាសចរណ៍ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ទេសចរណ៍ និងសេវាហោះហើរផ្ទាល់បន្ថែមទៀត។ យើងសូមស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ ដល់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរជប៉ុនទាំងអស់ និងសង្ឃឹមថា ទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ នឹងកាន់តែរីកចម្រើនបន្ថែមទៀត៕ដោយ៖តារា
The flight between Phnom Penh and Tokyo will be a historic milestone, an important event for boosting Cambodia-Japan tourism and another gateway connecting Cambodia to the world
Phnom Penh: H.E. Mr. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, presides over the inauguration of the Phnom Penh-Tokyo flight of the national airline of Cambodia (Air Cambodia) starting from October 26, 2025, with the participation of H.E. Dr. Mao Havannal, Minister in charge of the Secretariat of State for Civil Aviation, H.E. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Japan to Cambodia, H.E. Zhan David, CEO of the National Airlines of Cambodia, H.E. Oknha Charles Van, Managing Director of Cambodia Airport Investment Co., Ltd. (CAIC), H.E. and Madam, leaders from state and private institutions, and many distinguished guests at Techo International Airport .
On a significant occasion for tourism and civil aviation, by welcoming the first flight between Phnom Penh and Tokyo of Air Cambodia, H.E. Minister highlighted that “Today marks a historic moment in Cambodia–Japan relations. The launch of the first direct flight between Phnom Penh and Tokyo opens a new gateway for tourism, trade, and investment between our two friendly nations”.
H.E. Minister also added that “This new route will make travel more convenient, encourage more Japanese visitors to discover Cambodia’s rich culture and natural beauty, and create new opportunities for cooperation”.
H.E. Minister further highlighted that the Ministry of Tourism will continue to work closely with State Secretariat of Civil Aviation, Japanese partners and airlines to further promote tourism and direct flight services. We extend a warm welcome to all Japanese tourists and hope that the relationship between the two countries will grow further.
