អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ៖ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោក កែវ ឈា ឯកអគ្គរាជទូត និងជាតំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍កម្ពុជាប្រចាំអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (អ.ស.ប.) បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួម និងថ្លែងក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកម្រិតខ្ពស់នៃមហាសន្និបាតអ.ស.ប. ស្តីពី “ការត្រួតពិនិត្យរួមលើការអនុវត្តលទ្ធផលកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលពិភពលោកស្តីពីសង្គមព័ត៌មាន” នៅទីស្នាក់ការអ.ស.ប. នាទីក្រុងញូវយ៉ក។

នៅក្នុងសេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍ លោកបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្ត និងកិច្ចប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការជំរុញការកសាងសង្គមឌីជីថល ដែលផ្តោតលើប្រជាជន បរិយាបន្ន និងការអភិវឌ្ឍ តាមរយៈការដាក់ចេញយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ និងគោលនយោបាយគាំទ្រមួយចំនួនទៀត។

ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ លោកបានចែករំលែកទស្សនាទានសំខាន់ចំនួនពីរគឺ៖ (១) ភាពចាំបាច់នៃការបង្កើនកិច្ចប្រឹងប្រែងរួម ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយគម្លាតឌីជីថល និង (២) សារៈសំខាន់នៃការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការត្បូង-ត្បូង និងត្រីកោណ ក៏ដូចជាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជើង-ត្បូង ដើម្បីជំរុញការកសាងសមត្ថភាព ការផ្ទេរបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍សម្រាប់ប្រទេសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តិចតួច។

On 16 December 2025, His Excellency Ambassador Keo Chhea, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Nations, attended and delivered a statement at the High-level Meeting of the United Nations General Assembly on the overall review of the implementation of the outcomes of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) at the United Nations Headquarter in New York.

In the statement, His Excellency underscored Cambodia’s commitment and efforts in advancing a people-centered, inclusive, and development-oriented digital society through the implementation of the Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I, alongside other relevant national policies.

His Excellency shared two key perspectives: (1) the need to redouble joint efforts to bridge the persistent digital divide and (2) the importance of strengthening South-South and triangular cooperation, as well as North-South cooperation, to enhance capacity-building, technology transfer, and knowledge-sharing for least developed countries (LDCs).
