ភ្នំពេញ ៖ លោក ទៀ សីហា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បានបង្ហោះលើផេកផ្លូវការថា ៖ បន្ទាប់ពីស្ដាប់នូវកិច្ចសម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយអ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន របស់ឯកឧត្តម ណាត់ថាផន ណាក់ផានិក អនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិថៃកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២ កក្កដា ២០២៥ រួចមក ខ្ញុំសូមបញ្ជាក់ជូនថា៖

១. ខ្ញុំមិនបានបើកកិច្ចសន្ទនាណាមួយ ជាមួយភាគីថៃទាំងផ្លូវការ ឬក្រៅផ្លូវការ ចាប់តាំងពីកិច្ចជំនួបជាមួយរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិឯកឧត្តមភូមិថាំ នៅឯខេត្តស្រះកែវ ប្រទេសថៃ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នោះឡើយ។
ក្នុងនាមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិក៏ដូចជាកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ គឺគោរពតាមបទបញ្ជារបស់សម្តេចនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏ដូចជារាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។

២. ខ្ញុំសូមអរគុណដល់ការលើកឡើងរបស់អនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិថៃ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការគោរពសិទ្ធិគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ក៏ដូចជាការដឹងសុខទុក្ខរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា និងប្រជាជនថៃ ដែលអាស្រ័យផលទៅលើច្រកព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។
ខ្ញុំសូមបញ្ជាក់សារជាថ្មីម្ដងទៀតថា មិនមែនកម្ពុជា ជាអ្នកបិទច្រកព្រំដែននោះទេ គឺកងទ័ពថៃជាអ្នកបិទច្រក ឬកែសម្រួលពេលវេលានៃការបិទច្រកព្រំដែនដោយឯកតោភាគី។

អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះគឺមានតែភាគីថៃ ឬកងទ័ពថៃតែប៉ុណ្ណោះដែលអាចដោះស្រាយបញ្ហានេះដោយខ្លួនឯង និងមិនចាំបាច់ចរចាជាមួយភាគីកម្ពុជាឡើយ។ កូនសោគឺស្ថិតលើដៃរបស់កងទ័ពថៃតែមួយគត់។

I would like to clarify:

1. Since the meeting with His Excellency Phum Tham, the Minister of National Defence of Thailand, in Sa Keo Province, there has been no formal or informal communication between our sides. I have not engaged in any discussions with Thai side.

On behalf of the Cambodian Ministry of National Defence and the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, I am acting strictly in accordance with the directives order of the Prime Minister and the Royal Government of Cambodia.

2. I would like to thank the Deputy Minister of National Defence of Thailand for his remarks emphasizing mutual respect for the rights and well-being of Cambodian and Thai citizens who rely on cross-border travel.

However, I must reiterate that Cambodia did not close the border crossing. The closure—or adjustment of operating hours—was a unilateral decision by the Thai military.

Therefore, the resolution of this issue rests entirely with the Thai side. The Thai military alone holds the authority to address this matter; no negotiation with Cambodia is required. The key lies solely in the hands of the Thai Military. ៕
