ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ៖ លោកស្រី ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ម៉ាលី សុជាតា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានឱ្យដឹងថា ៖ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី២៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អន្តរកាល (IOT) បា នអញ្ជើញចុះពិនិត្យទីតាំងជាក់ស្តែង នៅច្រកព្រំដែនអូរស្មាច់ ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ដើម្បីសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍នៅស្ថានភាពព្រំដែន ក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមាន។

On Tuesday morning, 23 September 2025, The Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia facilitated the Interim Observer Team (IOT), visited Osmach Border Checkpoint in Oddar Meanchey Province, in order to observe, verify, and report on the border situation after the Ceasefire came into effect.
