ភ្នំពេញ ៖ សេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មានលោកស្រីឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ម៉ាលី សុជាតា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានឱ្យដឹងថា ៖ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមជម្រាបជូនសាធារណជន អ្នកសារព័ត៌មានជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិមេត្តាជ្រាបថា៖ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ យោធភូមិភាគទី៤ និងយោធភូមិភាគទី៥ នៃកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ បានបញ្ជូនលិខិតឆ្លើយតបទៅកងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី១ និងកងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២ ថៃ ក្នុងការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) នាពេលខាងមុខ ដោយទទួលយកសំណើរបស់ភាគីថៃ ប៉ុន្តែស្នើសុំពន្យារពេលដោយរង់ចាំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី២ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) បញ្ចប់ជាមុនសិន។ សូមគូសបញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមផងដែរថា កិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី២ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) គ្រោងនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងកូឡាឡាំពួរ ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។

The Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia wishes to inform the public, both domestic and international media outlets, of the following: On October 19, 2025, the 4th and 5th Military Regions of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces issued letters to the Thai 1st and 2nd Army Areas regarding the upcoming Cambodia-Thailand Regional Border Committee (RBC) meetings. The Cambodian side accepted the Thai side’s request to organize the meetings but proposed a postponement pending the conclusion of the 2nd Special Meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC), which is scheduled for October 20 to 23, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Following the conclusion of the 2nd Special GBC Meeting, the 4th and 5th Military Regions will resume discussions with the Thai side to organize the respective RBC meetings, utilizing the GBC’s outcomes to ensure close cooperation in fully and effectively implementing the ceasefire, seeking practical cooperation to promote peace and stability between the two countries, and facilitating a swift return to normalcy.
