ភ្នំពេញ ៖ លោកបណ្ឌិត គិន ភា ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថានទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ នៃរាជបណ្ឌិត្យសភាកម្ពុជា នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា នេះបានលើកឡើងថា ៖ ប្រាសាទតាមាន់តូច, ប្រាសាទតាមាន់ធំ, ប្រាសាទតាក្របី, និងតំបន់មុំបី គឺជារបស់ខ្មែរ ស្ថិតក្នុងដែនដីខ្មែរ ហើយកម្ពុជាបានដាក់ចំណុចទាំងបួននេះទៅ តុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិ (ICJ) រួចហើយ តាំងពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មកម្ល៉េះ។ ថៃមិនចេះតែអាចអះអាងថាជារបស់ខ្លួនបានទេ ហើយក៏មិនអាចបន្តកាន់កាប់បានដែរ។ ថៃត្រូវប្រគល់មកខ្មែរវិញមុនពេលតុលាការអន្តរជាតិសម្រេច និងសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិថ្កោលទោសថា ថៃបានប្លន់ឈ្លានពានយកប្រាសាទខ្មែរ និងទឹកដីខ្មែរ ហើយថៃនឹងអាម៉ាស់លើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។

Cambodia has no obligation to negotiate with invaders over its own temples.

Prasat Tamoun Touch, Tamoun Thom, Ta Kroubey, and Mom Bei belong to and located in Cambodia. On June 15, 2025, Cambodia submitted a complaint to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding these four temples and area against Thailand. Thailand cannot simply claim these temples as its own, nor can it possess them any longer. Thailand must return all of the temples to Cambodia before the ICJ and the international community rule on the matter and condemn Thailand for its actions, which are viewed as robbery and invasion of Cambodian territory. This situation has caused Thailand significant embarrassment at the international level. ៕
