អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ៖ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោក កែវ ឈា ឯកអគ្គរាជទូត និងជាតំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍កម្ពុជា ប្រចាំអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (អ.ស.ប.) បានចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំអបអរសាទរខួបអនុស្សាវរីយ៍លើកទី៨០ នៃការបង្កើតក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមអ.ស.ប. ក្រោមប្រធានបទ៖ “ECOSOC80: A Turning Point for Multilateralism” នៅទីស្នាក់ការអ.ស.ប. នាទីក្រុងញូវយ៉ក។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់លោក Lok Bahadur Thapa ប្រធាន ECOSOC លោកជំទាវ Annalena Baerbock ប្រធានមហាសន្និបាតអ.ស.ប. លើកទី៨០ និងលោក António Guterres អគ្គលេខាធិការអ.ស.ប. ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីរដ្ឋសមាជិកអ.ស.ប.ជាង ១៥០។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកឯកអគ្គរាជទូត បានបញ្ជាក់សាជាថ្មីពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តដ៏រឹងមាំរបស់កម្ពុជាចំពោះពហុភាគីនិយម និងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ដែលជាសសរស្តម្ភនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍរយៈពេលវែងរបស់កម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ចំណុចគន្លឹះចំនួន ២ គឺ៖ (១) ការពង្រឹងសហថាមភាពរវាងប្រព័ន្ធអ.ស.ប. និងភាពជាម្ចាស់កម្មសិទ្ធិរបស់ប្រទេស និង (២) ការលើកកម្ពស់តួនាទីរបស់ ECOSOC ក្នុងការជំរុញបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន សម្រាប់ប្រទេសអភិវឌ្ឍតិចតួច។

On the morning of 23 January 2026, His Excellency Ambassador Keo Chhea, Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations attended the commemorative meeting to mark the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) under the theme “ECOSOC80: A Turning Point for Multilateralism” at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
The meeting was presided over by His Excellency Lok Bahadur Thapa, President of ECOSOC, Her Excellency Annalena Baerbock, President of the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, and His Excellency António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, with the participation of more than 150 member states.
During the meeting, Ambassador Keo reaffirmed Cambodia’s firm commitment to multilateralism and international law as cornerstones of its long-term development while underscoring two key priorities: (i) strengthening synergies between the United Nations system and national ownership; and (ii) enhancing ECOSOC’s role in advancing inclusive digital transformation for least developed countries.៕
