ភ្នំពេញ ៖ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងលោក UENO Atsushi ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតវិសាមញ្ញ និងពេញសមត្ថភាពជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើលិខិតប្តូរសារ និងឯកសារពាក់ព័ន្ធ ស្តីពីការផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានឥតសំណងរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុន សម្រាប់ “គម្រោងបង្កើតវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យ នៅខេត្តកំពង់ចាម” ដែលមានទឹកប្រាក់ចំនួន ១,១៨៩,០០០,០០០ យ៉េន (ប្រមាណ៨ លានដុល្លារអាម៉េរិក)។

On the morning of 19 May 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and His Excellency UENO Atsushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Cambodia, signed the Exchange of Notes and accompanying documents on the extension of the Government of Japan’s Grant Aid for “the Project of Establishment of a Teacher Education College in Kampong Cham Province”, amounting to JPY 1,189,000,000 (approximately USD 8,000,000). ៕
