អ.ស.ប ៖ ថ្លែងនៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខអ.ស.ប. ក្នុងទម្រង់​ Arria-Formula ក្រោមប្រធានបទ​ “ការបំពេញចន្លោះខ្វះខាតក្នុងការអនុវត្ត៖ សេចក្ដីសម្រេចចិត្តរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខ និងការថែរក្សាសន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខអន្តរជាតិ” នៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥  លោក កែវ ឈា តំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍កម្ពុជាប្រចាំអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (អ.ស.ប.) បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា សេចក្តីសម្រេចចិត្តរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខមានសារៈសំខាន់​ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយជម្លោះ​ដោយសន្តិវិធី និងការទប់ស្កាត់ ព្រមទាំងកាត់បន្ថយភាពតានតឹងនៃជម្លោះ ហើយត្រូវតែអនុវត្តឱ្យបាន​ពេញលេញ។

លោកក៏បានបន្ថែមថា ដូចគ្នានឹងសេចក្តីសម្រេចចិត្តរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខ​ សាលដីការបស់តុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិ ដែលមានអនុភាពគតិយុត្តិ​ ​មិនត្រូវរងការ​រំលោភបំពាន ទោះក្រោមលេស​ណាមួយក៏ដោយ។

Cambodia stresses importance of UNSC resolutions implementation and inviolability of ICJ’s judgements

Speaking at the UNSC Arria-Formula meeting on “Bridging the implementation gap: Security Council resolutions and the maintenance of international peace and security” on 23 June 2025, Ambassador Keo Chhea, Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations, emphasized that UNSC resolutions are essential for the peaceful settlement of disputes and the prevention and de-escalation of conflicts and must be fully implemented.

Ambassador Keo added that like the UNSC resolutions, judgments of the International Court of Justice, given their legally binding nature, must not be violated under any pretext whatsoever.
