សូមជម្រាបថា ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះ ជាផ្នែកមួយនៃគម្រោងកែលម្អវិស័យធារាសាស្ត្រកសិកម្ម(IAIP) ដែលគាំទ្រថវិកាដោយធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ី(ADB) ក្នុងការសាងសង់ស្ថានីយរ៉ាដាតេជោសែនទី២ ដែលមានសារៈសំខាន់ក្នុងការផ្តល់នូវទិន្នន័យទាន់ពេលវេលា(Real-time) ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងសុក្រឹតភាព នៃការព្យាករធាតុអាកាស របបទឹកភ្លៀង និងការតាមដានបម្រែបម្រួលអាកាសធាតុ ឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការប្រើប្រាស់ចាំបាច់សម្រាប់ពហុវិស័យ។
ក្នុងឱកាសបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងគណៈប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់ក្រសួងនឹងអញ្ជើញជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងអ្នកបច្ចេកទេសក្រុមហ៊ុន Vaisala នៅទីស្នាក់ការកណ្តាលក្រុមហ៊ុន ក្នុងទីក្រុងហែលស៊ិនគី ប្រទេសហ្វាំងឡង់ និងធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចដោយផ្ទាល់ទៅកាន់រោងចក្រផលិត Doppler Rada របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងគណៈប្រតិភូ ក៏នឹងអញ្ជើញទៅទស្សនកិច្ចនៅវិទ្យាស្ថានឧតុនិយមហ្វាំងឡង់ (FMI) ព្រមទាំងជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយក្រុមការងាររបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានផងដែរ៕

On 27 July 2026, H.E. Thor Chetha, Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, led a high-level delegation from the Ministry on an official visit to the Republic of Finland. The visit forms part of the Improved Agriculture Irrigation Project (IAIP), financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), in support of the construction of Techo Sen Radar Station II. This important project will provide real-time meteorological data to improve the accuracy and efficiency of weather forecasting, rainfall monitoring, and climate change observation, while meeting the critical data needs of multiple sectors and strengthening Cambodia’s meteorological monitoring and forecasting capabilities.
During the official visit, H.E. Thor Chetha, Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, and the Ministry’s high-level delegation will hold discussions with the leadership and technical experts of Vaisala at the company’s headquarters in Helsinki, Finland, and will also tour the company’s Doppler radar manufacturing facility. In addition, the Minister and the delegation will visit the Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI), where they will meet with the Institute’s experts to exchange views and discuss technical cooperation in the field of meteorology.
