ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ៖ នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃអាទិត្យទី១០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រុមអនុព័ន្ធយោធាបរទេសប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា (MACPP) ដែលមាននិវេសនដ្ឋានក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា បានចុះពិនិត្យទីតាំងជាក់ស្តែងដែលរងការបំផ្លាញដោយការទម្លាក់គ្រាប់ផ្លោង របស់យោធាថៃ មកលើសាលាបឋមសិក្សាតាមន្តសែនជ័យ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលជម្លោះព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ នៅ ភូមិថ្មដូន ឃុំគោកមន ស្រុកបន្ទាយអំពិល ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ។

The Delegation of the Military Attaché Corps of Phnom Penh (MACPP), both resident and non-resident, conducted the on-site observation of the locations directly impacted by the indiscriminate artillery strikes by the Thai armed forces, onto an Elementary School (Ta Moan Sen Chhey Elementary) during the Cambodian–Thai border conflict, in the vicinity of Thma Daun Village, Kok Mon Commune, Banteay Ampil District, Oddar Meanchey Province.
