ភ្នំពេញ : នៅយប់ថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកវ៉ាង វិនពីន ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានលើកឡើងថា , ភាគីចិនសង្ខេបកុងសុងស៊ីសដែលភាគីទាំងបីសម្រេចបានដូចខាងក្រោម៖
១. កម្ពុជានិងថៃនឹងខិតខំពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងនិងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ ស្ដារការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងគ្នាឡើងវិញឱ្យបានឆាប់ និងកសាងបង្កើនការជឿទុកចិត្តគ្នាឡើងវិញទៅវិញទៅមក។
២. ភាគីចិនគាំទ្រកម្ពុជានិងថៃក្នុងការអនុវត្តយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់នូវកុងសុងស៊ីសដែលសម្រេចបាននៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកម្ពុជា-ថៃនាពេលថ្មីៗនេះ និងកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) ស្តារសន្តិភាពនិងភាពស្ងប់ស្ងាត់នៅតំបន់ព្រំដែនឱ្យបានឆាប់រហ័ស និងសម្រេចបានបទឈប់បាញ់ប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព។
៣. ភាគីចិនគាំទ្រអាស៊ានក្នុងការបន្តដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសកម្ម ការពារសាមគ្គីរួមរបស់អាស៊ាន។
៤. សង្ឃឹមថាកម្ពុជានិងថៃនឹងបន្តបង្កលក្ខណៈ និងខិតខំស្តារស្ថានភាពឱ្យប្រក្រតីឡើងវិញនៅតំបន់ព្រំដែនឱ្យបានឆាប់ ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបក្តីរំពឹងទុករបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលរស់នៅសងខាងព្រំដែន។
៥. ភាគីចិនរីករាយបន្តដើរតួនាទីស្ថាបនាស្របតាមតម្រូវការរបស់កម្ពុជានិងថៃ រួមទាំងការគាំទ្រនិងផ្តល់ជំនួយសម្រាប់ការបោសសម្អាតមីននៅតំបន់ដែលបានព្រមព្រៀងគ្នាតាមព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃជាដើម។
លោក វ៉ាង វិនពីន ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានលើកឡើងទៀតថា លោក Wang Yi សមាជិកការិយាល័យនយោបាយនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការមជ្ឈិមបក្ស និងជារដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសចិន បានអញ្ជើញមានកិច្ចជំនួបជាមួយលោកឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសនិងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា និងលោក ម៉ារីត សាងៀមផុង្ស រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសថៃ អំឡុងពេលចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំថ្នាក់រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស សហប្រតិបត្តិការឡានឆាង-មេគង្គ លើកទី១០ នៅទីក្រុងអាននីង។
China approaches the three-party consensus in the following perspectives:
1. Cambodia and Thailand will work to strengthen contact and communication, resume normal exchanges at an early date, and rebuild and enhance mutual trust.
2. China supports Cambodia and Thailand to earnestly implement the consensus reached at the recent ceasefire meeting between the Cambodian and Thai leaders and the Extraordinary General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting between the two countries, restore peace and tranquility along the border at an early date, and realize a sustainable ceasefire.
3. China supports continued and positive role of ASEAN in the matter to safeguard ASEAN unity as a whole.
4. China hopes that Cambodia and Thailand will continue to work for conditions conducive to an early restoration of normalcy along the borders in response to the expectations of the people living on both sides of the border.
5. China is willing to continue its constructive role based on the wishes of Cambodia and Thailand, including, among others, providing support and assistance for mine clearance in areas agreed by the two sides along the Cambodia-Thailand border.
