ភ្នំពេញ : នាថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោក ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការបរទេសនិងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានបង្ហោះលើផេកលោកថា, នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បន្ទាប់ពីប្រគេនទៀនព្រះវស្សា និងទេយ្យទាននៅវត្តស្បូវរីក និងវត្តកែវឧត្តម(ហៅវត្តកណ្តាល) ខ្ញុំនិងមិត្តភក្តិក្នុងរបបដ៏ជូរចត់ ៣ឆ្នាំ ៨ខែ ២០ថ្ងៃ ដែលបានស្កាត់ជួបគ្នានៅថ្ងៃនេះ ក៏បានបន្តដំណើរទៅពិនិត្យមើល “ទំនប់សណ្តរឈើតោក” ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅភូមិស្រែពពាយ ឃុំសន្ទ្រែ ស្រុកភ្នំក្រវ៉ាញ ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ ដែលជាទំនប់មួយ សាងសង់ឡើងក្នុងសម័យប៉ុលពត ជាកន្លែងបង្កប់នូវរយពាន់អត្ថន័យ ប្រវត្តិ និងអនុស្សាវរីយ៍ដ៏ជូរចត់ជាច្រើនដែលមិនអាចបំភ្លេចបានរបស់ខ្ញុំជាមួយយុទ្ធមិត្តទាំងឡាយក្នុងរបបខ្មៅងងឹតនៃជំនាន់ប៉ុលពត ក៏ជាកន្លែងដែលពលីជីវិតរបស់យុទ្ធមិត្ត និងប្រជាជនខ្មែរជាច្រើន កាលពី៥០ឆ្នាំមុន។ តែបច្ចុប្បន្ន ទំនប់សណ្តរឈើតោកនេះ ត្រូវបានជួសជុលប្រែមុខមាត់ថ្មីក្លាយជាតំបន់ទេសចណ៍ធម្មជាតិមួយដ៏ល្អប្រសើរ និងផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកស្រោចស្រពលើដីស្រែវស្សា ស្រូវប្រាំង និងដំណាំផ្សេងៗជាច្រើនក្នុងស្រុកភ្នំក្រវ៉ាញ។

On the morning of 17 August 2025, after offering Preah Vossa candles  (the Buddhist Lent candles) and many other merits at Sbov Rik Pagoda and Keo Uddom Pagoda (known as  Kandal Pagoda), I  and my friends —comrades who had endured together through the bitter regime of 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days—reunited today and continued our journey to visit the Sandor Chheu Toak Dam, located in Srae Popeay Village, Santreae Commune, Phnom Kravanh District, Pursat Province. This dam, built during the Pol Pot regime, holds within it countless meanings, histories, and painful memories that I and my fellow comrades can never forget. It is also a place where many of my comrades and numerous Cambodian people lost their lives 50 years ago. Today, however, this dam has been renovated and transformed into a beautiful natural tourist destination, while also providing irrigation for rice fields, and many other crops in Phnom Kravanh District.៕
