ភ្នំពេញ ៖ សម្តេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃកម្ពុជា នាល្ងាចនេះ បានបង្ហោះថា ៖ នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារទី១៩ សីហា ២០២៥ នេះ ខ្ញុំបានជួបពិភាក្សាតាមទូរស័ព្ទជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Anwar Ibrahim នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងជាប្រធានប្ដូរវេនអាស៊ាន ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ ដែលបានឯកភាពគ្នារវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសថ្ងៃទី ២៨ កក្កដា ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងពូត្រាចាយ៉ា និងកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញនៃគណៈកម្មការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (Extraordinary GBC) កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៧ សីហា ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងកូឡាឡាំពួ ដែលសម្របសម្រួលរៀបចំដោយប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។

សម្តេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃកម្ពុជា បន្តថា ៖ យើងក៏បានពិភាក្សាគ្នា អំពីការជំរុញបង្កើតក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (ASEAN Observation Team) អោយបានឆាប់រហ័ស ក៏ដូចជាដំណើរការរបស់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការបណ្ដោះអាសន្ន (Interim Observation Team) ដែលទាំងពីរនេះគឺជាយន្តការសំខាន់សម្រាប់តាមដាន ត្រួតពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ឲ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ 

Earlier today, 19 August 2025, I had a phone call with His Excellency Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia and current Chair of ASEAN regarding the progress of the implementation of the ceasefire, that was agreed upon between Cambodia and Thailand at the Special Meeting on 28 July 2025, in Putrajaya, and the Extraordinary Meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (Extraordinary GBC) on 7 August 2025, in Kuala Lumpur; which were both coordinated and facilitated by Malaysia. 

We also discussed the needs for a quick establishment of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) and the operation of the Interim Observer Team (IOT). Both AOT and IOT are important mechanisms for effectively monitoring the implementation of the ceasefire.
