Cambodia is NOT in a process of laying new PMN-2 landmine, but of constructing the world biggest new PMN-2 shaped landmine building, in Siem Reap Province and planning to inaugurate by the beginning of 2026.!
Today, 21 July 2025 at Techo Peace Museum in Siem Reap province, CMAC technical team and I have reviewed progress achievements of constructions the biggest landmine shaped building in the world, with 108m x 108m on the ground floor and 52m diameter for the second floor, 17m height. This building located in Techo Peace Museum and become one of Cambodian treasures in terms of firm standing and implementing the Ottawa Convention by the Royal Goverment of Cambodia. In particular to show the greatest achievements of Samdach Techo Hun Sen to put an end to the war and building a completed peace for Cambodia!.
This construction built by Japanese construction company, SATO KOGYO and providing grant assistance by the Government of Japan. ៕
