ភ្នំពេញ ៖ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ លោកស្រី ជ្រឹង បុទុមរង្សី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជួបពិភាក្សាទ្វេភាគីជាមួយ លោកស្រី Astrid Emilie Helle ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតន័រវែសប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ដែលមាននិវេសនដ្ឋាននៅទីក្រុងបាងកក។

ក្នុងជំនួប ភាគីទាំងពីរ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ ព្រមទាំងបានអះអាងនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមគ្នាក្នុងការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងទ្វេភាគី កម្ពុជា-ន័រវែស និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌពហុភាគីបន្ថែមទៀត។

លោកស្រីរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានជម្រាបជូនភាគីមិត្តអំពីបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនៃជម្លោះព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃផងដែរ។ លោកស្រី បានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវជំហរនិងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់របស់កម្ពុជាចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងដើម្បីបន្ធូរបន្ថយភាពតានតឹង កសាងឡើងវិញនូវទំនុកចិត្ត អនុវត្តឲ្យបានពេញលេញ និងដោយសុទ្ធចិត្តចំពោះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនានា ដើម្បីឆ្ពោះទៅរកប្រក្រតីភាពនៃទំនាក់ទំនងទ្វេភាគីរវាងកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។

On the morning of 7 October 2025, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Her Excellency CHRING Botumrangsay, Secretary of State, had a bilateral meeting with Her Excellency Astrid Emilie Helle, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Norway to the Kingdom of Cambodia with residence in Bangkok.

During the discussion, both sides highlighted the close ties of friendship and cooperation and reaffirmed their shared commitment to further strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation. Her Excellency the Secretary of State also briefed her counterpart on the latest updates on the border disputes with Thailand. She reiterated Cambodia’s firm position and commitment to de-escalating the tension, rebuilding trust, and implementing fully and sincerely the recent agreements towards the normalization of Cambodia-Thailand bilateral relations.៕
