ភ្នំពេញ​៖​ លោកស្រី ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ម៉ាលី សុជាតា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានថ្លែង​ថា​ នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ លើការងារដោះមីនមនុស្សធម៌នៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៣ តាមប្រព័ន្ធ VTC ដើម្បីបន្តពិភាក្សាលើខ្លឹមសារដែលនៅសេសសល់មួយចំនួននៃសេចក្ដីព្រាងនិយាមនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិ (SOP) របស់ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) បន្ទាប់ពីកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី២ របស់ក្រុមការងារ JCTF កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

និយាមនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិ (SOP)នេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំ និងតាក់តែង ឡើងយ៉ាងម៉ត់ចត់ ជាមួយស្មារតីគោរពតាមគោលការណ៍ការពារអធិបតេយ្យ និងបូរណភាពទឹកដីដោយម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ព្រមទាំងឈរលើស្មារតីគោរពគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកក្នុងនាមប្រទេសជិតខាង៕

On 16th October 2025, afternoon, the Cambodia-Thailand Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) on Humanitarian Demining between the two countries held its third meeting via VTC to further discuss the remaining content of the draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the JCTF, following its second meeting on 9th October 2025.

This Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) has been thoroughly prepared and drafted with the spirit of strictly respecting the principle of protecting sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as standing on the spirit of mutual respect as neighboring country.
