ទីក្រុងញូវយ៉ក ៖ លោក កែវ ឈា តំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍កម្ពុជាប្រចាំអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (អ.ស.ប.) ថ្ងៃទី ៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ បានអំពាវនាវឱ្យមានការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តអន្តរជាតិឡើងវិញក្នុងការបញ្ចប់អំពើហិង្សាផ្លូវភេទក្នុងជម្លោះ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សាបើកចំហរកម្រិតខ្ពស់របស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខអ.ស.ប. ស្តីពីការគោរព និងការលើកកម្ពស់ច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ចំពោះជនរងគ្រោះនៃអំពើហិង្សាផ្លូវភេទក្នុងជម្លោះ ដែលដឹកនាំដោយលោកស្រី Judith Suminwa Tuluka នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកុងហ្គោ ក្នុងនាមជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខអ.ស.ប. ប្រចាំខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។

ឯកអគ្គរាជទូត បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា គ្រប់ភាគីជម្លោះទាំងអស់ មិនថារដ្ឋ ឬតួអង្គមិនមែនរដ្ឋ ត្រូវតែគោរពតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងសេចក្តីសម្រេចចិត្តពាក់ព័ន្ធរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខ, ជនល្មើសនៃអំពើហិង្សាផ្លូវភេទក្នុងជម្លោះត្រូវតែត្រូវបានស៊ើបអង្កេត និងកាត់ទោស តាមនីតិវិធីតុលាការដែលមានភាពយុត្តិធម៌ ទុកចិត្តបាន និងពិចារណាដល់ជនរងគ្រោះ ហើយវិធីសាស្រ្តផ្តោតលើជនរងគ្រោះត្រូវស្ថិតនៅជាស្នូលនៃវិធីសាស្រ្តទាំងអស់។

 

Cambodia Calls for Stronger Global Action Against Conflict Related Sexual Violence

 

New York, July 8, 2026 – His Excellency Chhea Keo, Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the UN, called for renewed international commitment to ending conflict related sexual violence in his address to the United Nations Security Council’s High-Level Open Debate on honoring the promise of international law to survivors of conflict-related sexual violence, which was chaired by Her Excellency Judith Suminwa Tuluka, Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, as President of the UN Security Council for July 2026.

 

Ambassador Keo emphasized that all parties to conflict be states or non-state actors must fully comply with international law and relevant Security Council resolutions; perpetrators of conflict-related sexual violence must be investigated and prosecuted through fair, credible, and survivor-sensitive judicial processes and a survivor-centric approach must be at the center of all responses. ៕
