នេះគឺជាសំណល់គ្រាប់បែកចង្កោម ដែលយោធាថៃបានបាញ់ផ្លោងចូលមកក្នុងទឹកដីអធិបតេយ្យរបស់ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា អំឡុងពេលនៃសកម្មភាពឈ្លានពានប្រដាប់អាវុធពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

ទោះបីសង្គ្រាមបានបញ្ចប់ទៅហើយក៏ដោយ ក៏សំណល់គ្រាប់បែកចង្កោមទាំងនេះនៅតែបន្តលាក់ខ្លួនជាឃាតករស្ងៀមស្ងាត់ ក្រោមដី វាលស្រែ ព្រៃភ្នំ និងជិតភូមិឋានរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។ វាបាន និងនៅតែបង្កការគំរាមកំហែងយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរដល់អាយុជីវិតកុមារ កសិករ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋស្លូតត្រង់ ដែលរស់នៅក្នុងតំបន់រងការវាយប្រហារ ជាពិសេសនៅក្នុងខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ។

សំណល់គ្រាប់បែកទាំងនេះមិនត្រឹមតែជាភស្តុតាងនៃការប្រើប្រាស់អាវុធប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាស្លាកស្នាមនៃសោកនាដកម្ម ដែលបន្តបង្កការភ័យខ្លាច និងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់ជីវិតមនុស្ស សូម្បីតែបន្ទាប់ពីការបាញ់ប្រហារបានឈប់។ វាជាការរំលឹកថា ផលវិបាកនៃសង្គ្រាមមិនបញ្ចប់នៅពេលសំឡេងកាំភ្លើងស្ងប់នោះឡើយ ប៉ុន្តែអាចបន្តឆក់យកជីវិត និងបំផ្លាញអនាគតរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋស្លូតត្រង់ជាច្រើនឆ្នាំទៅមុខទៀត។ 

These are remnants of cluster munitions fired by the Thai military into the sovereign territory of the Kingdom of Cambodia during its armed aggression from 24 to 27 July 2025.

Although the fighting has ended, these unexploded remnants continue to lie hidden as silent killers beneath the soil, in rice fields, forests, mountainous areas, and near civilian communities. They have posed—and continue to pose—a grave threat to the lives of children, farmers, and innocent civilians living in the affected areas, particularly in Oddar Meanchey Province.

These remnants are not merely evidence of weapons having been used; they are enduring scars of a tragedy that continues to spread fear and endanger human lives long after the shelling has stopped. They are a stark reminder that the consequences of war do not end when the guns fall silent. They can continue to claim lives and destroy the futures of innocent people for many years to come.
