ភ្នំពេញ ៖ សម្តេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃកម្ពុជា អបអរសាទរ ទិវាអន្តរជាតិប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងគ្រឿងញៀន ក្រោមប្រធានបទ « រួមគ្នា បង្ការ ទប់ស្កាត់ និងកាត់ផ្តាច់ឫសគល់នៃបញ្ហាគ្រឿងញៀននៅកម្ពុជា » ក្នុងគោលដៅសំដៅធ្វើយ៉ាងណា បំផុសជាចលនាជាតិមួយ ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីគ្រប់វិស័យ ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំពីផលប៉ះពាល់និងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ នៃគ្រឿងញៀន និងមានវិធានការម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ដាច់ខាតពីគ្រប់តួអង្គពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដើម្បីឈានដល់ការកាត់ផ្តាច់ ឫសគល់នៃបញ្ហា និងទប់ស្កាត់ការវិលត្រលប់មកវិញនៃបញ្ហាគ្រឿងញៀន ដែលស្របទៅនឹងពាក្យស្លោកជា ភាសាអង់គ្លេសរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិសម្រាប់ទិវាអន្តរជាតិឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះ គឺ BREAK THE CYCLE (កាត់ផ្តាច់ការវិវដ្តនៃបញ្ហាគ្រឿងញៀន) ។
ជាការពិតណាស់ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា តែងតែចាត់ទុក ទិវាដ៏មានអត្ថន័យមួយនេះ គឺជាថ្ងៃដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់មួយ ដែលរំលឹកឱ្យយើងទាំងអស់គ្នាបានឃើញពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្ត កិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង ស្មារតីមោះមុត និងចលនាជាតិរបស់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងការចូលរួមប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងគ្រឿងញៀននាឆ្នាំកន្លងទៅ តាមគ្រប់រូបភាព វិធីសាស្ត្រ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ សំដៅធ្វើយ៉ាងណា កាត់បន្ថយ និងឈានដល់ការលុបបំបាត់បញ្ហាគ្រឿងញៀនចេញពីសង្គមកម្ពុជា។ កម្ពុជា ពិតជាមានមោទនភាពខ្ពស់ ដែលត្រូវបានទទួលការវាយតម្លៃពីការិយាល័យអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិទទួលបន្ទុកកិច្ចការគ្រឿងញៀន និង ឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្ម (UNODC) ជាប្រទេសគំរូមួយក្នុងការប្រារព្ធទិវាអន្តរជាតិប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងគ្រឿងញៀនកាលពីឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ កន្លងទៅ ដែលមានលក្ខណៈអធិកអធម ទាំងនៅថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិទូទាំង ២៥ រាជធានី ខេត្ត។

Celebrating the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, under the theme “Together, We Prevent, Combat and Break the Cycle of Drug Problem in Cambodia.” This celebration aims to inspire a national movement across all sectors to raise awareness about the effects and dangers of drugs. Additionally, it highlights the importance of decisive action from all relevant parties to address the root causes and prevent the recurrence of drug issues, aligning with the United Nations’ World Drug Day 2025 English slogan, “BREAK THE CYCLE.”
Indeed, the Royal Government of Cambodia considers this important day a key opportunity to reflect on the collective efforts and national commitment over the past year in fighting drug-related issues, through various forms, methods, and strategies to eliminate and reduce the drug problem in Cambodia. Cambodia is proud to have been recognized by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) as a model country for its 2024 celebration of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, which was solemnly and successfully held nationwide across all 25 provinces and the capital city.
