ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ៖ នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃអាទិត្យទី១០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រុមអនុព័ន្ធយោធាបរទេសប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា (MACPP) ដែលមាននិវេសន្នដ្ឋានក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងមានការសម្របសម្រួលពី លោក មាន ចាន់យ៉ាដា អភិបាល នៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ បានចុះពិនិត្យទីតាំងជាក់ស្តែងដែលរងការបំផ្លាញ់ដោយការទម្លាក់គ្រាប់ផ្លោង របស់យោធាថៃ មកលើវត្តតាមន្តសែនជ័យ ដែលជាទីសក្ការៈបូជា ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលជម្លោះព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ នៅ ភូមិថ្មដូន ឃុំគោកមន ស្រុកបន្ទាយអំពិល ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ។

The Delegation of the Military Attaché Corps of Phnom Penh (MACPP), both resident and non-resident, under the coordination of His Excellency Mean Chanyada, Governor of Oddar Meanchey Province, conducted the on-site observation of the locations directly impacted by the indiscriminate artillery strikes by the Thai armed forces, onto a buddhist pagoda (Wat Ta Moan Sen Chhey ) was an important religious site for local citizens which got impacted during the Cambodian–Thai border conflict, in the vicinity of Thma Daun Village, Kok Mon Commune, Banteay Ampil District, Oddar Meanchey Province.
