ភ្នំពេញ ៖ លោកឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ ទៀ សីហា នៅយប់ថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បានបង្ហោះថា ៖ អបអរសាទរចំពោះលទ្ធផលវិជ្ជមាននៃ កិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញគណៈកម្មាធិការកិច្ចការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) រវាងយោធភូមិភាគទី៥ (ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា) និងយោធភូមិទី១ ប្រទេសថៃ ដោយឈរលើស្មារតីការឯកភាពគ្នាក្នុងការអនុវត្តន៍បទឈប់បាញ់១៣ចំណុច នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញGBCកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
ខ្ញុំសូមកោតសរសើរក្រុមការងារលេខាធិការដ្ឋានRBC ក៏ដូចជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំRBC ដែលបានខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងចរចាយ៉ាងលម្អិតនៅចំណុចដែលត្រូវអនុវត្តរួមគ្នាជាមួយនឹងភាគីថៃ ដោយឡែករាល់កិច្ចការងារដែលលើសពីសមត្ថកិច្ចរបស់RBC ភាគីទាំង២បានសម្រេចគ្នាដាក់បញ្ចូលទៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំGBC នៅថ្ងៃខាងមុខទៀត ដើម្បីជំរុញនូវការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ ក៏ដូចជាការបង្កើននូវទំនុកចិត្តរវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ។
ខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹម និងជឿជាក់ថាកិច្ចប្រជុំបន្ទាប់ រវាងយោធភូមិភាគ៥ ជាមួយបញ្ជាការដ្ឋានការពារព្រំដែនចន្ទបុរី-ត្រាត (ថៃ) និង យោធភូមិភាគ៤ ជាមួយយោធភូមិភាគ២(ថៃ) នឹងប្រកបដោយភាពជោគជ័យ និងសន្តិវិធី។

Congratulations on the Positive Outcome of the Extraordinary Meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand Regional Border Committee (RBC) between the Military Region 5 (Kingdom of Cambodia) and the Army Area 1 (Kingdom of Thailand). This meeting was conducted in the spirit of consensus and mutual commitment to the effective implementation of the 13-point of the ceasefire reached during the Extraordinary General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting on 7 August 2025.
I would like to commend the RBC Secretariat teams and the RBC Chairmen from both sides for their diligent efforts in negotiating, in detail, the practical measures to be jointly implemented with the Thai side. Notably, both parties have agreed that all matters beyond the RBC’s mandate will be referred to the upcoming General Border Committee (GBC) meeting in the coming days. This important step will ensure comprehensive follow-up, promote full implementation of the ceasefire, and further strengthen mutual confidence between the two countries.
I sincerely hope and believe that the next RBC meeting between the Military Region 5 and Chanburi-Trat Border Defences Command, and the Military Region 4 (Cambodia)and Army Area 2 (Thailand) will also be conducted in a peaceful and productive manner.
